Download Sport Schedules To Microsoft Outlook

After downloading the file, open Outlook and follow these directions for importing it into your calendar:

• Select the File / Import and Export... Menu option.
• Select "Import from another program or file" and click Next.
• Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next.
• Find the desired CSV file and select "Do not import duplicate items" and click Next.
• Select Calendar and click Next.
• The next window will have a title that says: The following actions will be performed: above an option to Import (filename).csv into folder: Calendar.
• Check that box and click on Import (filename).CSV into folder: Calendar
• The fields should all match up without having to manually drag them over. A reminder has been set to occur 5 hours prior to the time of the event. If you don't want a reminder simply drag the field away so it does not import. Be aware that some events where times are unknown will default to 12:00 AM the day of the event. Also, if times/dates change you will need to manually change it in the calendar on your own. Every sport at South Carolina is included in the .CSV file. If you only want particular sports you will need to edit the .CSV file first using Microsoft Excel.

This 2009-10 downloadable schedule is designed for MS Outlook. The next time you sync with your PDA, all Gamecocks games will be synchronized with the Calendar.
