Walk-on who joined the team this fall after sitting out his freshman year at the University of South Carolina ... Chose USC after considering walking on at Auburn University last year ... Majoring in Business. High School A two-time captain, he scored 21 ppg, adding 7 apg and 6 rpg his senior year at Chapin High School when he was named the Region 5 3A Player of the Year in addition to the 3A All-Area Player of the Year after his team finished at 23-3. His senior year he was named to The State's 3A All-State team twice, was the Battle of the State's Tournament MVP and on the all-tournament team for the Newberry Classic ... His team won the Region title his senior year ... His junior year he averaged 18 ppg, 7 apg and 4 rpg ... He also lettered in football and was coached on the court by Coach Bob Miller. Chose USC because ... I chose South Carolina because I always wanted to wear the garnet and black. I sat out last year and really missed playing basketball.
