Columbia, SC - South Carolina will open the SEC Tournament first round with Arkansas on Thurs., March 8 at 3:15 pm and the game will be telecast on Lincoln Financial TV. USC played for the SEC Tournament title last season, falling just two points shy of eventual NCAA champion Florida, 49-47, in Nashville. South Carolina was 14-15 during the regular season and Arkansas was 18-12. South Carolina defeated Arkansas in the two team's only meeting this year, 66-60, on Jan. 24. USC was led by Tre' Kelley's 22 points and Brand Wallace's 13 rebounds.
