South Carolina Athletics will host a pep rally in conjunction with the Steve Spurrier Call-In Show on Thursday, Aug. 30. The pep rally will take place on Gadsden Street between Lady and Washington Street.

The pep rally will feature a live band both before and after the radio show. The South Carolina marching band, cheerleaders and Cocky will also be present from 6:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

The Gamecocks open the 2007 season on Saturday, Sept. 1, when they host the Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns in a 7:05 p.m. contest at Williams-Brice Stadium.

Wild Wing Café, located at 729 Lady Street in the Vista, is the official home of the Steve Spurrier Call-In Show all season long. The show, which runs from 7-8 p.m., will be presented on the following dates:
