COLUMBIA, S.C. - The University of South Carolina men's soccer team will host Winthrop on Monday in the first of two exhibition games on the season. The match is slated to begin at 7 p.m. at Stone Stadium in Columbia. South Carolina owns a 6-0-0 record in the all-time series between the two schools, including two previous home victories.

Following Monday's exhibition against the Eagles, Carolina will host NC State in its final exhibition of the season on Aug. 23 at 7 p.m. The 2008 regular season begins with the Gamecocks hosting archrival Clemson at Stone Stadium on Aug. 29 at 7 p.m.
