COLUMBIA, S.C. -- Senior Kristen Terebesi from the equestrian team has been named AgSouth Athlete of the Week.

Terebesi went 4-0 at the Southern Equestrian Championships to boost her career record in postseason competition to 23-2. She took MVP honors in equitation over fences in Saturday's championship. Terebesi earned the highest score of any rider in any discipline at the event with an 88 on her MVP ride.

Terebesi is 19-6 on the year and on an 8-ride winning streak that includes three MVP awards. She is 13-0 on the year at One Wood Farm and led Carolina to a tie with Georgia in the championship round before the team fell on a tiebreaker.
